They keep their anchors and sails down until the start gun, then off they go, with crew pulling up the anchor and two hefty guys getting the main and jib up.

2019 Exuma Family Island Regattas – A Class
Dan’s fantasy! He’d love to crew. Beautiful but I prefer watching from afar, sunbathing with my rum and coke or Lime in the Coconut in hand.
George Town has an airport – and they are always looking for crew! I believe there is a good selection of rum in the islands as well!
